The simple answer is no. We can't help you get around any passwords, and you can't install Spying Services without first unlocking the device.

The following smartphones and operating systems can be used with Spying Services: 

BlackBerry: OS 5. x to 9.1 only, and it can't be locked with a passcode. 

iPhone must have iOS 6.x-15.0, be jailbreakable, and not be locked with a passcode. 

Android: Must have Android OS 2.3.6, 5.1.1, 6.1, or 13.0 and not be locked with a passcode. 

Even though smartphones and tablets from China come with the OS versions listed above, the Spying Services app can't work with them.

Depending on how skilled the person installing the app is and what kind of phone is being used, the time it takes to install the software on a compatible device can vary, but it usually doesn't take more than 3–5 minutes.

You are in charge of your own life when it comes to installing the software on your own phone as a backup. But if you want to put it on someone else's device, you should ask their permission or get their consent first. If you want more proof, you can always look at the laws in your country or read our legal disclaimer. After installation, we use a verification process.

So that the data from the device can be sent to your private control panel, it is very important that the device has a strong internet connection that works perfectly and is always on. This could be done with Wi-Fi, 3G, or GPRS, as long as the phone is in range of a signal. 

Note, though, that phones with slow internet connections may take longer to upload data and media files like photos, audio files, and videos to the online account. Also, if the phone ever completely loses its connection to the internet, which can happen if the phone is out of range of a signal or if the internet is turned off (the "Airplane mode"), Spying Services will still collect and store data as usual. Once the connection to the internet is restored, the data will be sent to your online account.

Luckily, no. Spying Services is a monitoring software that works in many languages and can record and upload data in all languages and their original forms. It doesn't matter if the conversation was recorded in Arabic or if the text message was written in Chinese. Spying Services won't make any difference at all. Everything will be sent as it is.

Spying Services can currently store up to 600 GB of data, but this can be increased based on the user's needs. It's important to note that more advanced Spying Services packages, like Xtream and Premier, have built-in storage capacities that are much higher than those of their less advanced counterparts. In our case, we only kept data for 45 days.

If the phone is based on Symbian Anna or Belle, it may need to be turned off and on again. If you want to hide the super SU icon that shows up during installation, you must reboot your iPhone and some rooted Android phones. Here is a quick summary. 

For iPhone, you have to restart (respiring) once after installation is done. 

If you choose to hide the SuperSU icon on Android, some rooted devices need to be restarted. 

For Blackberry, there is no need to restart.

Spying Services has two different kinds of application versions: one is rooted and the other is not. 

Version with roots: 

A rooted version of the Spying Services monitoring app lets users use all of the rooted features, but the device needs to be rooted first. If the user doesn't want to root his or her device, he or she will only be able to use features that don't require rooting. Rooted features include all social IM apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Tinder, Line, Yahoo, and many others. Premier version: 

The name given to the rooted version of the Spying Services app in public is "Premier version." If a user wants to buy this premier version, he or she can use all the rooted features if the Android device being used is rooted. If it isn't rooted, the user can only use the unrooted features. 

Version without roots: 

The spy on messages feature includes text messages, call logs, Contact lists, bookmarks, and browsing history. The un-rooted version will only support un-rooted features. Track their GPS location with the GPS location tracker and see where they have been, where they are now, and where they have been in the past. Appointments, Calendars, Notification of Sim Change, and so on. There are Lite and X-Lite versions of Spying Services that don't require root access. It can be installed on any Android device that is compatible and doesn't need to be rooted. It can also get logs of all static data.

All you have to do is turn on the feature to record calls from your online dashboard. Once you turn it on, all calls will be automatically recorded and sent to your online account so you can listen to them whenever you want.

You can look at many different kinds of photos, including ones that were taken with the device, sent via MMS, or downloaded from the internet. With the Historical Media feature, you can look at photos you took before you installed the software as well as the ones you took after you did. You can also look at images that are set as wallpaper for the home screen.

TheOneSpy gets images and audio/video files from the phone you want to spy on in the following formats and sends them to your online account.

The welcome email is sent to the email address you give when you buy something. You need to check your email address to make sure you didn't misspell anything, since this happens often. The process of uploading data is ongoing, but it can be changed to fit your needs. If the time of the event is the most important thing, you can choose to get updates as soon as they happen. If you want to save battery life, you can set the amount of time between when data is sent, like every hour to once a day. By default, data is sent automatically when an event happens or once an hour, as long as the device being sent to has an internet connection. The same is true for tracking your location, which is turned on at the same time as the installation and uploaded every 20 minutes.

Yes, you can! You need to reset the activation code from your control panel in order to change the device that is the target. If you reset your activation code, you can use it on your new device. After you reset the code, install the Spying Services app on the new phone and use the same activation key you used before to turn on the app. 

Note: Just remember that when you reset your activation code, all of your old data will be erased from your control panel. So make sure to save all your data before you reset the activation code. 

Yes, the way the app works changes the battery when it's first installed and data is updated. As there is a lot of data at the beginning, it will use some battery on the cell phone. Spying Services is built to be as efficient as possible, and it doesn't let phones drain their batteries.

Be patient and wait a while if you don't get updated log files. You don't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling Spying Services. Spying Services service's customer service is the place to go if you need more technical help.
